I've tried resetting my password for over a month now and have been denied every time because your system says the password that you administered to me is invalid. Then when I start a support ticket no one responds and when I go to look up my support ticket in the system to see the status it says I never had one. When in fact I have now submitted 2 and have the emails to prove it. I don't know what is going on with your system and IT people but you need to get it together because this is not giving me a good impression of my first time using it.
I am having the same problem as the student above and as a new student taking an ABQ Ed course starting next Tuesday, I would appreciate if I could get some assistance getting this fixed. Thank you.
