Are you receiving Server Rejected messages when trying to change your password. System won't allow you to change your password ?
Make sure any new password you create will need to be at least 14 characters long with a capital letter, a number, and a special character such as a ! or a #. If the password that you create has any part of your name (First or Last), the server will automatically reject it.
