How to Update Windows Credentials for Hold-Queue

If you need to change a saved password for a network share, shared folder, or website stored by Windows, use the Credential Manager:

- Open the Windows search bar on your taskbar.
- Type Credential Manager and click the matching result.
- Select Windows Credentials (or Web Credentials depending on what you saved).
- Locate the specific network address or item you want to change and click the drop-down arrow next to it. EG: Printers
- Click Edit.
- Type your new password into the Password field.
- Click Save.
