NU Cloud Printing Option For Hold_Queue

Windows 10/11:

To Download the Hold_Queue cloud option please head to:

Hold_Queue NU Cloud Install


When you are at the webpage - click Download and run Mobility Print





Double Click on the Install File (usually it's located in your downloads folder):




Head back to the original webpage and click on step 2:



After the Hold_Queue should Install and give you the below notification:




If you head to your settings--> Bluetooth and devices --> Printers & Scanners you should see the printer:



After you print your first job - the system will prompt you to log in.

Use your full email address and password.

Your email should be in the format of:

s0000000@mail.niagara.edu



Scan your ID at any of the Toshiba printers to release your print job.






Android OS:




Install Mobility Print by heading to the Google Play Store.  Download and Install the Software

After installation - open the Mobility App and make sure services are turned on:


Print like you normally would on your Android Device.  When the menu pops up

Look for the printer called HOLD-QUEUE. If this is not displayed as the printer name at the top, click the arrow:


Click on the Hold_Queue printer option. After print your first job you will be prompted to log in:


Use your full email address and password.

Your email should be in the format of:

s0000000@mail.niagara.edu

Scan your ID at any of the Toshiba printers to release your print job.




macOS:

To Download the Hold_Queue cloud option please head to:

Hold_Queue_NU_MacOS




When you are at the webpage - click Download and run Mobility Print:


Download and Install Software:




You'll have to Allow the Software:

After the Install should complete:

Head back to the original webpage and click on step 2:




Wait 30 seconds to a minute and then head to the Printers & Scanners section in the Systems Settings Tab:


After you print your first job - the system will prompt you to log in.

Use your full email address and password.

Your email should be in the format of:

s0000000@mail.niagara.edu



Scan your ID at any of the Toshiba printers to release your print job.





iOS:





ChromeOS:


  • Make sure you are connected to the campus PurpleHaze wifi network
  • Install the Chrome app Mobility Print
    • You can go directly to the app by going to Google App Mobility Print
    • You can also find the app by clicking/tapping the three dots at the top right, then More Tools, then Extensions.

 

  • Click/tap the three lines at the top left, then click Open Chrome Web Store.



  • Search for the words "Mobility Print" and scroll to the "Apps" results (not the "Extensions" results)
  • Click on the app name.



 

  • Click the Add to Chrome button.


  • In the dialog box that pops up, select Add App.



  • Tap/Click the Launch App button



  • A green confirmation box will come up saying “You are ready to print!” You can close it.


After you print your first job - the system will prompt you to log in.

Use your full email address and password.

Your email should be in the format of:

s0000000@mail.niagara.edu



Scan your ID at any of the Toshiba printers to release your print job.
