Printer Install On Campus

Windows Users:

Please click on the start menu and type:


\\printers

Push Enter


If you are prompted for your credentials type in your full email address and your myNU password.

Please save your credentials.


When the window opens - scroll down to queue name: HOLD-QUEUE


Double click to install the software.

After it installs - a Window will pop up.  Click on Printer --> Set as Default.

The printer should be good to go.

Mac Users:

Click the Apple Logo in the Upper right hand corner

Click on System Preferences

Click on Printers & Scanners


Click the "+" sign to add a printer.


Click on hold-queue and then add


If you are prompted for your credentials type in your full email address and your myNU password.

Please save your credentials.



After that - you are able to set the printer as default.


The printer should be good to go.

Chromebook Users:


Go to the Chrome Store to install the Papercut Mobility App while connected to the campus network. Once installed, you can then select 'hold-queue' from the list of printer queues available in the print preview screen and authenticate your print job using your MyNU/PurplePass credentials.
