Modified on Fri, Oct 31 at 10:46 AM

The Poly (Plantronics) Blackwire 3200 Series, including the C3210 model, is a reliable corded USB headset designed for clear audio and comfortable all-day use. It’s ideal for making and receiving calls, joining video meetings, and listening to media on your computer or mobile device.

Quick Start

  1. Connect your headset
    • Plug the USB connector into your computer or compatible device.
    • The headset should be automatically recognized by your operating system.
    • Customize your device behavior through advanced settings and options with Poly Lens Desktop App. Some softphones require the installation of Poly software to enable device call control (answer/end and mute) functionality.
  2. Adjust for comfort
    • Position the microphone boom about two finger-widths from the corner of your mouth.
    • This headset can be worn on the left or right side.
    • Adjust the headband for a secure, comfortable fit.
  3. Use the inline controls
The inline control unit lets you manage calls and media easily:
    • Call button – Answer or end a call
    • Volume up/down – Adjust the listening volume
    • Mute – Toggle the microphone on or off
  4. Test your audio
Before your first call or meeting, open your computer’s sound settings or the RingCentral app’s audio preferences to test the microphone and speaker levels.
